Alpen Celebrates 6 Months Recordable Accident-Free

We are thrilled to share a significant achievement — our warehouse has successfully completed six months without any recordable accidents or injuries. This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to safety and the well-being of our employees.

At Alpen, safety isn't just a priority—it's a core value that guides everything we do. We believe in fostering a workplace where every team member feels safe, supported, and empowered. Achieving six months accident-free is a testament to the dedication and vigilance of our team, as well as the effectiveness of our comprehensive safety measures (which included the formation of a safety committee earlier this year). 

Recently, we gathered for a special celebration event in our factory to commemorate this milestone. The event was a testament to our strong safety culture, where every team member plays an active role in maintaining a safe environment.

We celebrated by closing production early to enjoy authentic Mexican food, and even a dunk tank!
