Channel Sales Representative

The Channel Sales Representative will play a vital role in supporting our network of outside Business Development Sales Representatives and Dealers. This position focuses on onboarding, training, and supporting partners in sales, marketing, and order fulfillment for Alpen products. Status: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt

Louisville, CO

Compensation:

$35,000 to $50,000 plus commission

  • Assist Sales Reps and Dealers with onboarding and education regarding Alpen’s products, quoting software, and systems
  • Respond to inquiries from Reps and Dealers under the direction of the National Channel Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical questions and facilitate training
  • Enter and manage project information within the Alpen CRM (Salesforce)
  • Generate accurate freight quotes and communicate pricing in alignment with Alpen SOP
  • Verify and process new orders for submission to production
  • Perform data entry and general sales administrative tasks
  • Monitor and report on lead distribution, quoting activity, and sales trends.
  • Answer and route incoming sales calls professionally and efficiently
  • Preform window take-off’s
  • Estimating in the form of doing window and door quotes

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; two or more years of post-secondary education preferred
  • Prior experience communicating with homeowners, architects, and general contractors
  • Background in sales support or sales roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Paradigm Window Software is a strong plus
  • Experience with a using a dynamic CRM like Salesforce
